Join a team at the Text Partner Program! We are building a comprehensive application that will help our organization scale up by allowing third-party companies to promote our products or implement them into their own business offerings.

The team has recently completed three key technological milestones:

• It has migrated its core application in Accounts — the internally built, reliable service for login, signup, and role management
• It has aligned our platform with the up-to-date product pricing structure
• It has integrated the Partner Application with all the company's products, so partner companies can comprehensively manage their activity within the Text Ecosystem
  
  
  

Now, with a solid foundation, we are looking for a candidate who can help us with new, exciting challenges.

Some of the challenges you will face if you join our team:

Development of the Partner Application’s in-depth alignment with Text products

You will participate in developing a solution allowing partner companies to collaborate on product licenses created for their clients.

Implementation of Multi-User Profile Capabilities

The company plans to enable users to create multiple user accounts handled within a single partner profile. This challenge involves designing the system architecture, UX/UI, and ensuring data security.

Our ideal candidate:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in the development of consumer-facing apps
• Experience with TypeScript and React (required), as well as RESTful APIs and MySQL (required)
• Experience with Golang, GCP, Docker, and Kubernetes is a plus
• Excellent communication skills: you are transparent and share your progress early and regularly
• Proven experience in writing well-tested, high-quality code
• Courage to make quick, bold technical decisions and the ability to execute under tight product cycles
• Interest in topics like security, authentication, software engineering, and internal services
  
  
  

How we work

We have implemented a hybrid workplace. Our team in Wrocław and nearby (up to 50 km) follows a 3/2 model: three days in the office to foster creativity, teamwork, and social interaction, and two days working from home.

If you’re based outside of Wrocław, you'll work in the office for three days each month to maintain valuable face-to-face connections while continuing to contribute significantly to product development remotely.
