What You Will Be Doing:

• Understand the business needs and produce insightful analyses for sales, marketing, product and other key departments.
• Act as an internal consultant to translate business questions into data-driven analyses and actionable insights.
• Build robust relationships with key business partners across the organization.
• Help colleagues access the right data and understand the insights it reveals.
• Build and test hypotheses, collect and analyze data to support or disprove them, and recommend solutions to improve business performance.
• Identify business opportunities based on a combination of internal and external data sets, including Google Analytics.
• Synthesize complex data and communicate clear, concise, and impactful recommendations to senior management.
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using QuickSight and other BI tools.
• Prepare and deliver insightful presentations and reports to stakeholders at all levels.
• Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
• Design and implement data models and ETL processes.

You’ll Be Great For This Role If;

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics or a similar field.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, including advanced querying techniques (joins, subqueries, window functions).
• Expertise in using business intelligence tools (e.g., Amazon QuickSight, Tableau, Power BI).
• Experience with Google Analytics and other web analytics platforms.
• Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes.
• Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, R) is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of key business drivers.
• Passion for data and a desire to learn new technologies.
• Fluency in English.
