Senior Data Engineer

We are searching for a candidate to join an established data platform & analytics team in Oslo who are building a modern platform on cloud

Your role will involve designing, developing and delivering solutions to help organisations become more data-driven based on predictive and advanced analytics

Your tasks can include:

• Working on projects related to API development and integrations
• Designing and building at an architectural level
• Building solutions from scratch, or modernising existing solutions
• Exploring and evaluating tools for the role and advising on the optimal solution
• Working together with data architects, analysts and engineers to deliver comprehensive solutions

You will work with technologies including Python, SQL, Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, Databricks/Snowflake

We are looking for you to have some of the following skills & experiences:

• Proficiency in Python
• Experience developing scalable data pipelines
• Experience working in Big Data environments
• Experience with cloud platforms - Azure, AWS, or GCP
• Experience with devops and related tools, working in a production environment
• Academic background in IT, Engineering, or equivalent years of experience
