About the Role

This is a fully remote, high-impact position where you will oversee the implementation of an advanced AI platform for a prominent HR and finance organization. You’ll manage the seamless connection of this technology with Account Executives and Solution Engineers, enabling greater efficiency and operational excellence. Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: Manage the full lifecycle of projects, from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with key stakeholders, including executives, IT teams, Account Executives, and Solution Engineers, to ensure alignment on objectives and effective communication.
• AI Platform Integration: Lead the integration of an advanced AI platform into existing systems and workflows.
• Change Management: Develop and execute a strategy to drive user adoption and maximize the value of the AI platform.
• Training & Enablement: Oversee the development and delivery of training programs to ensure end users can effectively utilize the platform.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.
• Performance Metrics: Track and evaluate key performance indicators to measure project success and identify areas for improvement.
• Team Collaboration: Partner with consultants, AI specialists, and technical experts to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Required Skills

• Experienced Leader: 7+ years of project management experience, with at least 3 years focused on technology implementations, ideally involving AI or SaaS platforms.
• Technically Skilled: Strong knowledge of software development lifecycles, system integration, and cloud-based technologies. Familiarity with AI concepts is a plus.
• Strong Communicator: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Problem Solver: Proven ability to analyze complex challenges, develop solutions, and deliver results.
• Collaborative Team Player: Experienced in leading cross-functional teams, building consensus, and fostering collaboration across diverse stakeholders.
