I am currently recruiting on behalf of a Luxury Automotive OEM, based in Gaydon, who are seeking an Agile Coach to join their team

Job Description

As Agile Coach, your main responsibilities are:

• Guiding teams through their Agile Journey
• Instilling Agile Principles and practices, fostering continuous improvement
• Coaching, within Product and Programme delivery
• Support Agile Training and development of self-managed learning site
• Engaging stakeholders and shaping transformation, using data metrics to measure performance and maturity, monitoring core KPIs and value

Qualifications / Skills needed

• Agile frameworks, change management, Coaching, Mentoring and Training
• Experience with Scaling Agile Frameworks
• Knowledge of DevOps principles and Practices
• Familiarity with Agile Tools and software (JIRA/Lucid)
