About This Role:

Are you passionate about designing user experiences and creating polished, visually engaging user interfaces? We're looking for a UX/UI Designer to focus on both improving how users interact with our product and crafting high-quality screen designs, mockups, and prototypes. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers to bring ideas to life, ensuring our platform is both intuitive and visually cohesive. As part of the Product team, you'll play a key role in shaping the user journey while helping maintain and evolve the visual identity of our product.

As part of the Product team, you'll collaborate across disciplines to deliver experiences that delight our users and achieve our product vision.

What You'll Do:

• Collaborate with Product Managers to understand user needs, product goals, and business objectives
• Design and refine user interfaces, screen layouts, and interaction patterns
• Develop high-fidelity mockups, wireframes, and prototypes for both user experience and UI design needs
• Work with engineers to ensure designs are accurately implemented and functional
• Contribute to user testing efforts and iterate designs based on insights
• Maintain and expand the product's design system to ensure consistency across the platform
  
  

What You Bring to the Table:

• A portfolio showcasing your UX and UI design work, including wireframes, prototypes, and polished screen designs
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
• A solid understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices
• Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to communicate effectively with Product Managers, engineers, and other stakeholders
• A strong eye for visual design, layout, and attention to detail
• Enthusiasm for solving design challenges and creating meaningful user experiences

Salary Range: $100,000 - $140,000 (USD)

Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of our total compensation package that also includes equity, benefits, and other opportunities at HYPR. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to other HYPRions. We expect the majority of the candidates who are offered roles at HYPR to fall healthily throughout the range based on these factors.
