Project Manager with Agile Experience

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing project teams utilizing Agile methodologies, ensuring efficient delivery of projects by fostering collaboration, adaptability, and continuous improvement while facilitating regular communication with stakeholders and prioritizing changing requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint retrospectives.
• Ensure team adherence to Agile principles and practices in a Scrum
• Collaborate with product owners to define project scope, priorities, and acceptance criteria.
• Develop and manage project timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Track project progress and identify potential risks, proactively mitigating issues.
• Monitor and report on project status to key stakeholders.
• Manage communication with clients, customers, and internal stakeholders.
• Gather and prioritize requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Analyze project performance data to identify areas for improvement.
• Implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Overall, 5-10 years of experience in project management.
• Healthcare experience is a must
• Proven experience in project planning, scheduling, risk management, and issue resolution.
• Experience with JIRA is a must.
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and ability to apply them in a practical setting. Proven track record of successfully delivering Agile projects
• Excellent verbal and written communication to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing requirements and priorities in a dynamic project environment.
• Expertise in digital marketing, site optimization, and have technical background
• Strong experience with SQL query writing for data analysis and optimization is essential
• Relevant Agile certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Master, PMI-ACP) would be a plus
