Fragrance Product Manager

Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site Fragrance Product Manager role located in Doha, Qatar. The Fragrance Product Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of fragrance product lines, including development, marketing, and sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Product Development:

• Oversee the creation of new fragrances in collaboration with master perfumers.

• Conduct market research to ensure product differentiation and innovation.

• Test and evaluate fragrance samples to meet high-quality standards.

🔹 Supplier & Production Management:

• Negotiate with suppliers to source top-tier raw materials at competitive prices.

• Ensure all production processes align with quality and industry standards.

• Build strategic partnerships to drive continuous innovation.

🔹 Marketing & Product Strategy:

• Work closely with marketing teams on product launches and campaigns.

• Analyze market trends and customer preferences to shape product positioning.

• Develop pricing and distribution strategies based on competitive analysis.

🔹 Quality Control & Compliance:

• Oversee product testing to maintain high-quality standards.

• Ensure compliance with local and international fragrance industry regulations.

• Gather customer feedback for continuous product improvement.

🔹 Production & Distribution Oversight:

• Coordinate production timelines to ensure availability in target markets.

• Collaborate with sales teams to achieve commercial targets.

• Optimize supply chain processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Requirements:

✔️ Minimum 5 years of experience in fragrance product management or the perfume industry.

✔️ Strong knowledge of fragrance development, raw materials, and supply chain.

✔️ Excellent analytical skills to understand market trends and consumer behavior.

✔️ Strong negotiation and relationship management skills with suppliers.

✔️ Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure.

✔️ Proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus).
