Junior Software Engineer

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable backend services using Python
  • Implement containerization using Docker and orchestration using Kubernetes
  • Develop and integrate RESTful APIs
  • Manage local deployment, load balancing, and provisioning
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of the codebase
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in Python development
  • Strong understanding of Python fundamentals, data structures, and object-oriented programming
  • Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)
  • Knowledge of API design principles and development (RESTful APIs)
  • Familiarity with local deployment, load balancing, and provisioning
  • Experience with database management systems (relational and/or NoSQL)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
  • Knowledge of database modeling and performance optimization
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies
  • Certification in Python programming or related technologies
