Requirements

• Master‘s / Bachelor‘s degree in HCI, Design or a related field with 7—9 years of experience in product design
• Provide high—impact solutions from the ground— up, with technical feasibility, & business values to justify design decisions
• Expert in design, critical thinking, problem-solving, and prototyping tools.
• Experience of working on enterprise software
• Be a thought leader in the company.,

Day to Day Responsibilities

• Create workflows, information hierarchies, wireframes, mock—ups, prototypes and other deliverables
• Manage projects independently, and collaborate with researchers and content designers
• Drive design practices and champion-centered human-centered design in an agile environment
• Present your designs to stakeholders and leadership, clearly articulating the decisions made
• Adopt our product design system — UX standards, best practices, styles, patterns and guidelines
• Mentor junior designers on their projects
