Quality & Best Practices:

  • Write well-tested, maintainable code that follows coding standards and meets performance, security, and scalability requirements
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Agile Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the Full Stack Technical Lead, product managers, UI/UX designers, and other developers in an Agile environment
  • Participate in stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies, embracing a culture of transparency and rapid iteration

Continuous Learning & Innovation:

  • Stay current with emerging technologies, frameworks, AI capabilities, and best practices
  • Proactively explore new approaches, contribute ideas for improvements, and help drive innovation in our solutions
