As a Product Analyst, you will provide specialised advice/analysis on ServiceNow, our CMDB, and Service Management processes from the application of system analysis to operational and functional problems. This role supports the lifecycle for ServiceNow, and associated technology sub-systems and is accountable for aligning product delivery plans to enable the business to achieve their objectives & strategic outcomes –from concept through to operations.

You’ll work closely with stakeholders to improve their processes and systems, influence product decisions and support the delivery of new features, enhancements, and initiatives. This role governs service partners to ensure product features are delivered to commitments, meets business requirements and service levels. The Product Analyst has a customer-centric mindset with a drive for continuous improvement and innovations.

Key Responsibilities

• Accountable for the maintenance of ServiceNow, the CMDB and the development of new functionality, modules and integrations to meet business needs
• Responsible to develop and/or implement medium to large sized enhancements
• Provide technical guidance to business and end users
• Develop technical specifications for new systems or changes to existing systems
• Oversees the development of user documentation
• Undertake systems analysis and design and building activities
• Maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure interests of area are protected and achieved both tactically and strategically
• Oversee scoping, design, testing and implementation of service improvements and/or efficiency reviews to continuously deliver ‘fit for purpose’ IT services that align to business needs
  
  

You’ll Have

• Tertiary qualification in business / Information Technology
• 5+ years’ experience in the areas of Business or Systems Analysis, Product or IT Support or related disciplines (preferred)
• Proven experience working with ServiceNow and CMDB
• Strong understanding of cyber vulnerabilities and risk management (preferred)
• Strong analytical skills with experience in Excel and Power BI
• Excellent documentation skills – prior experience with JIRA and Confluence preferred
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience working on large-scale and complex business environments
• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and think both critically and strategically
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
