Your new role

They are seeking a dynamic and experienced .NET Lead Developer or .NET Engineering Manager with strong hands-on technical skills and leadership capabilities. In this role, you will lead a small team of talented developers to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance .NET applications. You will work closely with clients, architects, and stakeholders to ensure project success while fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of .NET developers, fostering growth and knowledge-sharing.
• Design, develop, and deploy robust and scalable .NET-based applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, DevOps, and QA, to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions while ensuring alignment with best practices and industry standards.
• Maintain hands-on involvement in coding, code reviews, and technical problem-solving.
• Drive technical innovation by implementing modern tools, frameworks, and methodologies.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and risk assessments to ensure smooth execution.
• Stay updated on the latest technologies, trends, and practices in the .NET ecosystem.
  
  

Key Skills And Experience Required

• Proven experience as a .NET Lead Developer or Engineering Manager, with at least 8+ years of .NET development experience.
• Strong expertise in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET, and related technologies.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
• Proficiency in designing and developing APIs (RESTful, GraphQL).
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong database skills, including SQL Server and NoSQL databases.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in an agile environment.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
