About The Role

The primary purpose of the role is to support the rollout, project management, and operational delivery of the MDOK wellness program at the specified facility within Sydney Local Health District.

The aim of the MDOK program is to support the physical, psychological and professional health of doctors for the benefit of patients, colleagues and the community of the Sydney Local Health District. The objective is to reduce burnout and compassion fatigue, and develop skills of self-care, and prosocial connection. This will be achieved by providing life-skills training, wellness services, and health promotion to support the personal and professional fulfilment of all doctors.

Ideal Candidate

  • Experience in the delivery of health and wellness services with knowledge of mental health in the workplace.
  • Relevant experience and skills in project management.
