Our Mortgages Tribe drives the end-to-end performance of the mortgages business by shaping strategy and fostering cross-functional execution. As part of the multi-year Mortgage Originations Transformation (MOT) project, we are revolutionizing how ING originates mortgages through key initiatives.

We?re seeking an experienced PMO Manager to join the Mortgage Originations Transformation project team.

As our ideal candidate, you?ll leverage your project management and governance expertise to ensure timely and compliant delivery of critical initiatives.

You will have responsibility for managing project delivery, resource allocations, risks and issues, project governance, and collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes and continuous improvement.
