Senior Project Manager

Role Overview:

Join a top-tier financial institution leading a high-impact, multi-year transformation program. As a Senior Project Manager, you'll manage large-scale Credit Risk projects, driving business-focused change while working with senior stakeholders across multiple teams.

This is a business-centric role, ideal for someone with strong Credit Risk experience without too deep a technical focus. Some data knowledge would be nice but is not essential.

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Credit Risk projects within a major transformation program.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define requirements and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring delivery on time and within scope.
• Identify risks, resolve issues, and ensure successful project outcomes.
• Provide regular progress updates to senior leadership.

Key Requirements:

• Extensive experience as a Project Manager within Financial Services
• At least 5+ years of experience in Credit Risk (BASEL III, APS 221, IFRS) Treasury, or Liquidity Management.
• Proven track record in managing strategic, cross-functional projects with significant business impact.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and drive change at all levels.
• Strong business-focused project management skills; experience engaging with senior stakeholders, leading steercos.
