🔍 Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate DevOps Engineer to join a growing and mission-driven startup based in Louvain-la-Neuve. This company is dedicated to reducing CO₂ emissions within the agri-food industry, creating innovative solutions for a more sustainable future.

• Structure: Nearly 80 employees spread across Europe, with a tech team of around 10 professionals.
• Collaboration: Work closely with software engineers, a team lead, the CTO, and the Chief of Product in an Agile environment.

🎯 Technical Environment and Challenges

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize Azure infrastructure, including provisioning and scaling resources.
• Define and enhance CI/CD strategy and improve pipelines.
• Collaborate with development teams to support applications built with Node.js, Laravel, React, and PostgreSQL.
• Monitor and troubleshoot system performance to ensure reliability.
• Maintain infrastructure security and uphold best practices across environments.

🎯 Ideal Candidate Profile

• Proven track record in a DevOps role with expertise in CI/CD best practices and tools.
• Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes).
• Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform).
• Fluent in French and English.
• A strong interest in sustainability and the company’s mission.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Grafana/Loki for monitoring.
• Familiarity with Node.js, PHP Laravel, React, and PostgreSQL.
• Experience working with Microsoft Azure.
