We are seeking an innovative AI Engineer to design and implement cutting-edge AI solutions that drive process automation, personalization, and business innovation.
- In this role, you will manage the end-to-end AI lifecycle, ensuring compliance, data security, and ethical AI practices.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will stay ahead of AI advancements to deliver impactful solutions aligned with strategic goals.
- Design and implement AI use cases to enhance business processes, automation, and personalization.
- Lead the development and integration of Generative AI (GenAI) tools.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and define AI technical specifications.
- Oversee the AI Ops lifecycle, from ideation and model development to deployment and performance monitoring.
- Implement robust testing, version control, and continuous integration practices for AI models.
- Monitor AI models to ensure consistent results and retrain them as needed.
- Ensure AI initiatives align with governance frameworks, prioritizing security, compliance, and ethical standards.
- Monitor AI systems to prevent bias, discrimination, or unethical outcomes.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to meet regulations (e.g., GDPR, EU AI Act).
- Implement security measures to protect sensitive data and prevent breaches.
- Ensure AI tools handle personal and behavioral data in a secure and compliant manner.
- Bachelor’s degree in data science, computer science, information systems, data engineering, or a related field.
- 1+ years in AI, machine learning, or data science roles with hands-on development and deployment experience.
- Proficiency in Generative AI tools and techniques (e.g., GPT models, Transformer models).
- Proven expertise in AI Ops with successful deployment of AI models into production.
- Advanced SQL and scripting proficiency (e.g., Python, R)
- AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
