Business Transformation Manager (m/f/d)

Your role in our team


  • Support in the definition & execution of sales strategies per PAS-X product suites & solutions
  • Advising and supporting clients with the definition of Production business targets and strategies focusing on Pharma 4.0, digitalization in Life Science and emerging technologies, i.e. Blockchain, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, AR-VR, IoT, Digital Apps, Digital Supply Chain, PLM
  • Strategic client advisory in the phases of initiation, planning, execution and monitoring/closure of program rollouts
  • Supports sales in the pursuit of opportunities by leveraging their industry and product knowledge
  • Continuous research and consultation on market conditions in Life Science, emerging technologies, trends and service offerings
  • Facilitates an organization of continuous process improvement, expected to make changes to processes, people or systems to better align the company with its business strategy and vision


Your profile


  • A degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Pharmacy or related field
  • Outstanding knowledge of the life science industry
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in a consulting or advisory role within the Life Science industry
  • Outstanding communication skills and the ability to inspire. Comfortable working at all levels of customer and company organization
  • Experience in fundamental Production IT solutions such as MES, Historian, SAP, LIMS, visualization tools and solid understanding of emerging technologies such as Blockchain, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, AR-VR, IoT, Digital Apps
  • Experience with regulated environments (FDA, drug production & validation) and sound understanding of pharmaceutical processes and expectations of regulated companies is a plus
