We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Network Engineer with extensive experience in Cisco network solutions to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in providing advanced support and engineering activities to our diverse customer base, which includes small, medium, and enterprise clients. You will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining complex network solutions using a wide range of Cisco products. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to lead projects and mentor junior and professional engineers, all while leveraging the latest technologies and industry best practices.

Tasks

• Provide advanced technical support to customers via phone, email, and remote access, troubleshooting and resolving complex network issues
• Design, implement, and manage network solutions using a variety of Cisco products, such as switches, routers, firewalls, wireless access points, and security cameras
• Lead network design and implementation projects, collaborating with project managers and junior engineers to deliver robust solutions that meet customer specifications
• Ensure network performance, security, and availability by monitoring and managing network infrastructure using Cisco tools and dashboards
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation of network configurations, changes, and incidents, adhering to company policies and procedures
• Research and integrate new network technologies and solutions, with a focus on network automation to enhance operational efficiency
• Mentor and guide junior and professional network engineers, providing technical leadership and fostering professional growth
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in network engineering, with a strong emphasis on Cisco products and solutions
• Proficiency in network automation tools and frameworks, such as Ansible, Python, Netmiko are an advantage
• Cisco certifications, such as CCNP or CCIE, are highly desirable
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
• Proven ability to work independently and lead a team effectively
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
• Interest in SD-WAN technologies
• Advanced German skills, at least C1
