Job Responsibilities

• Coordinating project operations and supporting senior managers in planning and executing cross-regional and global projects successfully.
• Generating Weekly/Monthly progress status/analysis reports on each product with the progress of tournament production, and KPI achievement.
• Planning project/task schedules, guidelines and managing PUBGM Esports live content as well as supporting league operations during the event.
• Creating post-event reports and organizing post-mortem meetings to analyze project successes and challenges based on feedback gathered during project execution.

Also, be responsible for:

• Communication – Publishing Esports product newsletters for the esports team & department stakeholders, organizing & managing communication plans of key product meetings/workshops.
• Industry Research – Conducting frequent research and analysis for the team to stay up to date on industry standards, innovation, and the latest tech development around live Broadcasts.

Job Requirements

• 5+ years of working experience in project management.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• A creative, detail-oriented mindset with a proactive problem-solving and time management approach.
• Strong proficiency in project management and productivity tools.

It would be a plus if you have:

• A passion for esports and gaming, with skillful PUBG MOBILE playing abilities.
• Excellent knowledge of social and broadcast platform functions.
• Experience in esports event management.
• Fluent proficiency in Chinese.
