Role Requirements

Mandatory Competencies:

• 5+ years of experience in custom development projects.
• Hands-on expertise in frontend development.
• Proficiency with HTML / CSS / JavaScript.
• Experience with frameworks/tools like Bootstrap, Razor, or Blazor (highly preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder interactions.
• Proactive and skilled at risk identification and mitigation.

Preferred Competencies:

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Experience in Azure DevOps:
• Boards, Repos (Git), Pipelines, and Artifacts (nice to have).
• Understanding and application of SOLID principles (optional).

Additional Requirements

• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Problem-solving mindset: ability to simplify complex challenges.
• Strong customer focus and commitment to service delivery.
• EU work eligibility is mandatory.
