Job responsibilities
HR Admin
- Support in the organization and execution of HR-related events, international visits, and executive meetings.
- Work closely with HRD, Head of Talent and HRBPs in the development of an HR calendar and planification of HR projects throughout the year.
- Create presentations, reports, and materials for meetings.
- Manage relationship with providers: request inquiries, validate as company’s vendors and process purchasing orders’ numbers.
- Work closely with HRBP and HR Controlling for the assignment and distribution of company’s gifts.
- Collaborate in the organization and execution of initiatives across our four core pillars: Diversity & Inclusion, Wellbeing, Sustainability, and Social Commitment.
- Support the coordination and seamless implementation of impactful CSR events and initiatives.
- Assist in planning and delivering high-profile events, such as EllesVMH, All LVMH Pride, Disability Awareness, and Sustainability initiatives.
- Oversee event invitations, logistics, vendor relationships, internal communications, and the reporting of all CSR activations.
- Foster direct communication with foundations, working alongside the CSR & Corporate Communications Specialist to design and implement innovative, high-impact initiatives.
