The $SRC Ecosystem is an ambitious, innovative project that seeks to revolutionize *trade finance* and *global supply chain management* by leveraging *AI*, *blockchain*, *smart contracts*, and *tokenization* to bridge the $2.5 trillion trade finance gap. Our mission is to make trade finance more accessible to *SMEs* (Small and Medium Enterprises), democratizing access to global trade opportunities and driving economic growth through decentralized, transparent, and efficient solutions.

*Role Overview:*

We are seeking an innovative, results-driven *Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)* to lead the *marketing strategy* for the *SRC Ecosystem*. This role will be key in driving both *B2C community building* and *B2B client acquisition*, with a focus on ICO campaigns, *Go-to-Market strategies*, and *post-launch growth*. You will shape and execute a global marketing strategy that drives *massive engagement*, *holder acquisition*, and *trading volume* across global exchanges while positioningSRC as a leader in the tokenized trade finance space.

*Key Responsibilities:*

1. *Community Building (B2C)*:
- Develop and execute strategies for building a *large-scale, engaged community* of *retail investors*, *token holders*, and *enthusiasts* across social media, forums, and crypto platforms.
- Drive *organic growth* and *engagement* within the community, focusing on user-generated content, organic advocacy, and sustained interest in the ecosystem.
- Engage with key influencers and *brand ambassadors* to expand visibility and drive adoption of SRC within the crypto space.

2. *Client Onboarding (B2B)*:
- Design and implement B2B marketing strategies to acquire and onboard key *trade finance institutions*, *financial entities*, and *SMEs* to theSRC Ecosystem.
- Drive adoption and integration of *Real-World Asset (RWA) tokenization* solutions, positioning SRC as the ideal platform for global trade finance transactions.
- Collaborate with business development teams to create targeted campaigns that convert leads into long-term institutional clients.

3. *ICO Token Launch Marketing*:
- Lead and execute marketing strategies for *SRC ICO rounds*, focusing on *raising awareness*, *creating urgency*, and driving participation.
- Develop and manage *pre-sale*, *crowdsale*, and *post-sale* marketing campaigns to maximize funds raised and create strong initial momentum for SRC.
- Coordinate partnerships with *crypto influencers*, *VC firms*, and *industry leaders* to promote the ICO and ensure wide participation.

4. *Go-to-Market Strategy*:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive *go-to-market (GTM) strategy* to drive widespread adoption and usage of theSRC token across both *retail* and *institutional markets*.
- Collaborate with product teams to align marketing campaigns with product launches, ensuring that key features are effectively communicated to target audiences.

5. *Post-Launch & Exchange Marketing*:
- Ensure continued momentum post-launch by driving *user retention* and *trading volume* on global exchanges through ongoing campaigns, incentives, and engagement strategies.
- Collaborate with global exchanges to create *listing promotions*, *token trading events*, and *market-making strategies* to maximize liquidity and market visibility.

6. *Brand Strategy & Positioning*:
- Define and maintain a consistent *brand voice* across all communication channels, ensuring that $SRC is positioned as a trusted leader in *blockchain-based trade finance*.
- Execute a *strategic communications* plan that highlights the benefits of *tokenization* and *trade finance accessibility*, creating educational content that drives understanding and engagement with both retail and institutional investors.

7. *Performance & Analytics*:
- Leverage *data analytics* to track marketing performance, *KPI monitoring*, and *ROI metrics* to optimize campaigns.
- Provide regular reports to the executive team on campaign success, market penetration, and community engagement levels.

*Qualifications & Skills*:

- *Experience*: 8+ years in marketing leadership roles, ideally within the *blockchain*, *crypto*, or *fintech* industries, with a proven track record of successfully managing *B2C community building* and *B2B client acquisition* at scale.
- *Crypto & Blockchain Expertise*: Strong understanding of *tokenization*, *DeFi*, *trade finance*, and the broader *cryptocurrency ecosystem*.
- *ICO/Token Launch Experience*: Proven experience leading successful *ICO* campaigns and *token launches*, with deep knowledge of best practices for *token sales*, *community building*, and *post-launch strategies*.

- *Go-to-Market Strategy*: Expertise in developing and executing *go-to-market strategies* to drive adoption, growth, and long-term user engagement in both *retail* and *enterprise markets*.
- *Leadership*: Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and lead diverse teams across marketing, content, design, and community functions.
- *Analytical Mindset*: Data-driven, with experience using analytics platforms to measure performance and optimize campaigns.
- *Communication*: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create compelling narratives for diverse audiences, including investors, institutions, and the crypto community.
- *Global Mindset*: Experience working with *international markets*, and understanding the nuances of *global marketing* strategies for both *consumer* and *institutional* audiences.
