As a UX/UI Designer at vidaXL, you will collaborate closely with our in-house team of designers, developers, and specialists. Reporting to the UX/UI Design Team Lead, you'll play an integral role in creating intuitive and user-centered designs. As a UX/UI Designer at vidaXL, you will collaborate closely with our in-house team of designers, developers, and specialists. Reporting to the UX/UI Design Team Lead, you'll play an integral role in creating intuitive and user-centered designs. Your hunger for learning and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment will contribute to delivering meaningful products. Working within cross-functional teams, you'll effectively present your ideas and utilize both qualitative and quantitative data to inform your decisions.
You will:
- UX Research: Conduct both quantitative and qualitative user research to define design requirements for internal teams.
- Problem Identification: Identify user pain points and opportunities for product improvement.
- Market and User Analysis: Analyze new product concepts' alignment with market needs and consumer preferences.
- Trend Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions.
- Collaborative Design: Work with other designers to ensure design consistency and effective communication.
- Iterative Design: Modify and adapt existing designs based on evolving customer preferences.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop products meeting user and business needs.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Present strategic proposals to stakeholders and work with product teams to implement features.
- Design System: Contribute to the development and maintenance of a design system to ensure consistency across products.
- Wireframing and UI Design: Create wireframes and interactive prototypes to visualize and test design concepts, iterating based on feedback and develop high-quality user interface designs that align with the brand and provide an exceptional user experience.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT & Design or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role, with a portfolio showcasing relevant projects.
- Strong attention to detail, exceptional communication skills, creative problem-solving abilities, a dynamic personality and a strong mentor.
- Proficiency in Design Thinking and other common design methodologies.
- Proficiency with screen design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar
- Up-to-date knowledge of HTML and CSS is required.
- Preferred background in eCommerce or related fields.
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills and you get energized by collaborating with colleagues from diverse backgrounds (international) and levels within the organization.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Availability for a 40-hour workweek.
