To continue elevating our product portfolio, we seek a dynamic Product Manager to join our Innovation Department.
As a Product Manager, you’ll take ownership of the end-to-end development of Rituals’ products—from concept to market launch. You’ll combine your strategic mindset, creative thinking, and operational skills to bring products that balance sustainability, innovation, and customer-centricity to life.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Focus on managing multiple projects simultaneously within the year plan and excels in project delivery and execution.
- Driving innovation projects from initial concept ideation to successful market launch, ensuring timelines and objectives are met.
- Creating winning product propositions, including product (re)formulations, sustainable packaging development, and artwork design.
- Identifying growth opportunities through trend analysis, market research, and competitive benchmarking.
- Representing the voice of the customer by conducting consumer research and translating insights into actionable product strategies.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams—marketing, sourcing, quality, and regulatory—along with external partners such as product and packaging developers, to deliver successful product launches.

- 5+ years of experience in product management or innovation, ideally within retail or FMCG. This is a must.
- This is a full-time position of 40 hours per week. Given the urgency of the start date, we are looking for someone already based in the Amsterdam area.
- A proven track record of managing end-to-end product development cycles.
- Experience with sustainable design practices, packaging innovation, and working with technical developers and external suppliers.
- Strong analytical skills and a passion for turning data and trends into actionable insights
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to communicate effectively across teams.
