Embedded software developer to agile feature team

This is a remote position.

We are looking for an embedded software developer for the Energy Sector.

We are focused on high power distribution and network in a highly expansive industry.

The goal of this interesting distributed agile team assignment is to be an integral part of the delivery organization. It includes working with various tasks ranging from investigation, solution creation, implementation, test & verification, troubleshooting, and support. The team works within several technical fields of expertise ranging from e.g. hardware, embedded SW/HW, FPGA, application SW, lab work, and more. Team member competencies complement each other to create a strong team.

Altogether this makes up for an exciting opportunity for all team members to constantly develop their skills and work together to help achieve our common goals.

The team is mostly distributed and works off-site, however, some traveling will be required from time to time e.g. to the area of Västerås, Ludvika, etc.

Requirements

• Very good experience and knowledge of object-oriented programming (C++, C#) and Python.
• GIT source control.
• Test, verification, and integration.
• Competence of embedded systems and components e.g., CPU, DSP, ARM etc.
• Great communication and collaborative skills and ability to work remotely via Microsoft Teams.
  
  

If you have any, some, or all of the following competencies, it’s considered advantageous.

• Experience in lab work using e.g. oscilloscope, logic analyzer, and signal generators.
• Experience working in a SAFe organization.
• FPGA/ASIC development (VHDL/Verilog).
