Role/Assignment Overview

SEB is looking for a Fullstack developer to join the Voice and Real-Time Services team during a parental leave. The team at SEB provides corporate telephony, digital meeting, and contact center services to more than 16,000 users in 20 countries. SEB's goal is to modernize and transform its current deliveries to provide the best possible experience for all SEB employees and their end customers.

Responsibilities:

• Focus on backend development, primarily using ASP.NET C# to build and maintain robust systems.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy contact center applications.
• Collaborate on frontend development using frameworks like Angular, React, or Vue.
• Build and maintain APIs within the .NET framework.
• Future-proof the telephony platform by integrating Microsoft Teams into the telephony delivery.
• Stay updated on design patterns, technical trends, and enablers, and assess current technical solutions to identify needs for improvement.
  
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience in backend development with a focus on ASP.NET and C#.
• Competence in frontend development, particularly with Single Page Application frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, Vue).
• Familiarity with the .NET framework and APIs.
• Strong understanding of system design and data structures, applying them to develop pragmatic solutions.
• Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• A collaborative team player willing to learn, share knowledge, and contribute to the team.
• Fluent in both Swedish and English.
• Positive attitude with a strong focus on both technical challenges and understanding business logic.
• Social, outgoing, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience working with telephony/contact center systems.
• Familiarity with digital workplace services and their supporting ecosystem.
