Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer fluent in Spanish to become part of our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in DevOps methodologies, AWS cloud environments, CI/CD pipeline management, and container orchestration. This role involves handling and optimizing infrastructure, managing Finacle application environments, and ensuring effective system monitoring using advanced tools**.**

Key Responsibilities

• DevOps Practice & CI/CD Pipeline Management: Develop and manage DevOps strategies and CI/CD pipelines to enhance development and deployment processes.
• AWS Cloud Services: Leverage AWS to create, deploy, and manage secure and scalable infrastructure using tools like Terraform and Ansible.
• Container Orchestration: Implement and manage containerized environments using Kubernetes for scaling and orchestration.
• Finacle Application Administration:
• Install and maintain Finacle across various environments.
• Utilize Grafana/Dynatrace for monitoring the application's health and design insightful dashboards.
• System Monitoring & Observability: Set up and utilize tools like Grafana, Dynatrace, and Fluent Bit for real-time monitoring and performance insights.
• Automation Scripting: Write Python, Shell, and YAML scripts to automate tasks related to deployment and infrastructure management.
  

Required Skills

• Language Proficiency:
• Fluent in Spanish, both spoken and written.
• Technical Knowledge:
• In-depth understanding of DevOps processes and principles.
• Experience in building and managing CI/CD pipelines.
• Expertise in AWS Cloud Services.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration.
• Proficient in using GitHub for source control and workflows.
• Familiar with automation tools like Ansible and Terraform.
• Skilled in Python, Shell scripting, and YAML for automation tasks.
• Practical experience with Grafana, Dynatrace, and Fluent Bit.
• Experience managing and optimizing Finacle application environments
  

Desirable Skills

• Experience designing dashboards for effective monitoring and observability , optimizing on-prem infrastructure & Familiarity with financial software or specific experience with Finacle implementations.
