Business Intelligence Analyst, Platform and Device Market Intelligence

Minimum qualifications:
As a Business Intelligence Analyst within the Platforms and Devices (PandD Market Intelligence team, you play a key role in building and maintaining the team’s Business Intelligence infrastructure, processes, and products. You will own and deliver full pieces of the business Intelligence roadmap, working with key business stakeholders to design, build, and implement data pipelines, Looker dashboards, and automated slide-based reporting. Additionally, you will help drive the creation of tge team’s Generative Artificial Intelligence (Gen-AI) powered business intelligence reporting by experimenting, iterating, and implementing novel frameworks for using Large Language Models (LLM) across all of business intelligence reporting and insights.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $93,000-$136,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics.
- 2 years of experience in SQL and Data Visualization (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, or similar technologies).
- Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Go, Javascript, or HTML for data manipulation, analysis, and automation.
- Experience with consulting or client-facing, program management, or working with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with Google's code review (Critique), version controlling (Piper), and bug tracking (Buganizer) tools.
- Experience with translating business requirements to BI solutions.
- Experience with explaining technical analysis to stakeholders.
- Knowledge of the consumer electronics, technology, and online consumer services industries.

Responsibilities
- Work with business stakeholders and users to build new dashboards and other types of highly-automated reporting (Google Slides and Google Sheets), from initial requirements gathering all the way through to final publication.
- Design business intelligence solutions to facilitate efficient sharing of Market Intelligence data and insights, this includes developing data models, creating data pipelines, and writing reporting scripts following best practices for automation and maintainability.
- Perform Ad-hoc data extraction and analysis for the broader Market Intelligence team and key business stakeholders as needed.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of the data domains owned by the team, including product categories, market metrics, and definitions of all key market metrics.
- Provide ongoing support for users through maintenance of reports, queries, and dashboards with minimal guidance.
