We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage our telecommunications operations. The ideal candidate will ensure team performance, maintain high levels of client satisfaction, and drive profitability across assigned projects.

1. Lead the Project Management Department: Oversee all department operations, including planning, execution, and monitoring of telecommunication projects, while acting as a key point of contact for client negotiations.
2. Project Performance Oversight: Ensure optimal resource utilization, maintain financial viability, and deliver successful outcomes on all projects.
3. Technical Management: Manage and guide the design, planning, installation, and maintenance of IBS, MW, BTS, and GSM (4G/5G) projects, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices.
4. Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and regulatory/inspection authorities to facilitate seamless project execution and compliance.
5. Documentation & Reporting: Oversee the creation and timely completion of project documentation, plans, and reports for internal and client-facing purposes.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.

• Demonstrated expertise in Huawei Mobile Network projects.
• Hands-on experience in 4G/5G/IBS installation.
• Proven track record in effective team management.
