Product Manager

Mitratech is seeking a Product Manager to join our team that partners with Product Marketing, Engineering, Hosting, Support, Services, UX & Sales to establish market-driven product direction. In this leadership role, you will be asked to draw upon Agile development knowledge and project management skills to increase the effectiveness of product development execution and drive scale and efficiency with internal partners.

Working with our team requires a unique blend of business acumen and technical skills demonstrated through the ability to articulate well to developers and just as easily to executives. You will partner with technical project managers to understand, communicate and implement the product priorities across a set of products with your team.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Build and execute on strategic product roadmaps for multiple products.
• Define detailed milestones to achieve the roadmap and collaborate with peer product managers to ensure successful execution.
• Partner with Technical Product Managers, UI/UX and development teams to translate customer needs into actionable product updates.
• Drive conversations with multiple stakeholders to reach consensus on product direction, messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
• Present, demo, and influence customers, prospects, peers, and leadership in product roadmap decisions.
• Develop and implement product/project metrics to measure success from both financial and end-user engagement perspectives.
• Drive the launch of new product releases, both internally and externally.
  
  

Requirements and Qualifications:

• 3 - 6 years of product management experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a focus on user-centered discovery and product definition.
• Proven track record of successfully developing and launching products.
• Ability to drive team success in a remote-first and internationally diverse environment.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to document, socialize, and guide product definition.
• Excellent communication skills across functional teams, including Engineering, Sales, and Services.
• Strong knowledge of integration methodologies/APIs.
• Familiarity with common development and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Pendo, and ProductBoard.
• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills with an emphasis on user-centered discovery and production definition experience.
• Ability to adapt working hours to accommodate predominantly U.S. based stakeholders and clients.
• Knowledge of the Governance, Risk and Compliance software market (not mandatory).
• Knowledge of Vendor Risk Management and Regulatory Change Management (not mandatory).
