Responsibilities

• Lead development initiatives in the finance and insurance sector.
• Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Play a key role in pre-sales activities, including workshops and pitches.
• Actively contribute to project success during the delivery phase.
• Translate customer requirements into innovative mobile solutions.
• Work closely with clients to optimize mobile solutions.

Hard Skills

• Minimum three years of consulting and software development experience.
• Proficiency in presenting and selling mobile solutions.
• Strong knowledge of digital finance and insurance trends.
• Experience with insurance or finance mobile app development.
• Familiarity with .NET MAUI, Flutter, React Native, Android, or iOS Development.

Soft Skills

• Customer-focused with a commitment to excellent customer experiences.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Adaptability to evolving market trends and technologies.
• Fluency in German and English (written and spoken).

Mobility

• Hybrid work model: 2-3 days remote per week.
• Occasional travel within Germany (1 day per month).
