Position: HR Generalist / HRBP
Job location: Multi options in Central and East Europe
Job Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Support: posting job advertisements, collecting, and screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. Support new employee onboarding procedures and training arrangements.
- Employee Relations: addressing employees' daily issues and concerns. Participate in organizing employee activities to promote team building.
- Employee Records Management: Maintain employee records, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and confidentiality. Assist in handling employee departure procedures. Assist in generating HR reports and analyses.
- Payroll Data Processing: Collect and compile relevant payroll data in preparation for monthly payroll processing. Ensure accurate and timely processing of tax-related information, including deductions and withholdings.
- Performance Management Assistance: Support the performance evaluation process, assisting in collecting and organizing performance data. Assist in implementing the performance management system.
- Legal Compliance: Familiarize oneself with labor laws and ensure that the company's HR policies comply with legal regulations. Assist in handling legal matters related to employees, such as labor contracts etc.
- HR Service Provider Management: Communicate effectively with external HR service providers to ensure alignment with organizational needs. Invoice verification and payment processing.
WHERE YOUR EXPERTISE IS NEEDED
- 3-5 years of working experience in HR positions. Exceptions can be assessed by individual capability.
- Propose and implement process improvements to enhance relationships with HR service providers and expand the pool of reliable partners.
- Take ownership of HR-related issues, resolving them promptly in alignment with organizational needs.
- Champion best practices in HR processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Demonstrate a strong willingness and ability to learn and adapt to evolving HR practices and industry trends.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Proficient in handling negotiations and deals related to HR services and solutions, showcasing an ability to navigate increased complexity.
- Legal awareness of labor risks, with experience in drafting customized contract terms tailored to HR services.
- Possess strong logical and analytical skills, capable of assessing HR business requirements and providing practical recommendations for procurement decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree or above, fluent in local language and English, with preference in Chinese.
- Medium-high level of computer literacy with Microsoft Office Excel and other software.
