IT Administrator

We are looking

For a knowledgeable IT Administrator to manage and support our company’s IT infrastructure. In this role, you will ensure that our systems and hardware are functioning efficiently, provide technical support, and help resolve complex IT issues. If you’re ready to take ownership of IT operations and provide hands-on support, this role is for you!

Get ready to

• Manage IT platform accesses during employee on-boarding and off-boarding
• Install, configure and maintain software and hardware in accordance with the applicable standards
• Be able to take ownership of issues and drive to resolution
• Work with a modern tech stack
• Advise end users on the usage of hardware, network and software
• Monitor the functioning of systems in accordance with the established service level
• Conduct employee briefings on equipment use policies
• Revise and track employees IT inventory
  
  

We expect you to

• Have 2+ years of IT support or administration experience with expertise in troubleshooting systems, networks, and devices
• Possess solid knowledge of hardware, software, and network infrastructure
• Be experienced with MDM solutions and tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and Atlassian
• Apply IT security principles like SSO, endpoint security, and access control
• Take a process-oriented approach, focusing on improving IT Service Management and automating repetitive workflows to enhance efficiency
• Communicate fluently in Lithuanian and English, explaining technical concepts clearly
• Maintain a user-focused and empathetic approach while providing support
  
  

Salary

Gross salary range is 2500 - 3200 EUR/month.

Location

For Vilnius: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote.
