Join our dynamic team in Stockholm as a Business Analyst and play a key role in shaping strategic insights and business growth!

As a Business Analyst, you’ll be at the heart of the action, driving change and making a real impact across the organization. You will work closely with Business Partners, sales teams and, key stakeholders to drive the business forward through data-driven insights.

You’ll have the opportunity to shape the future of the business with your expertise in tools like Excel, Power BI, and SAP. You’ll develop and maintain powerful reports in Power BI, unlocking data that helps guide the business forward. Your skills in Excel will be put to work as you assist with business case creation and calculations, bringing your sharp analytical mind to the table.

You’ll also be part of exciting improvement projects, identifying ways to streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and drive positive change across business areas. Ad-hoc tasks will keep things fresh and dynamic, offering you the chance to solve immediate challenges and add value wherever needed.

During Month-End Closing (MEC), you’ll play a key role in analyzing deviations in TopLine and Opex, ensuring everything is aligned and running smoothly. You’ll also contribute to financial planning efforts, using AnaPlan to help shape long-term strategies and business goals.

Personal Qualifications & Competencies:

  • Strong strategic thinking with attention to detail, combined with a proactive and analytical approach.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively and work collaboratively within teams.
  • Independent, results-driven, and committed to continuous improvement and delivering impactful outcomes.

Educational & Experience Requirements:

  • University degree in economics or a related field, with experience in a business support role.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SAP S4 Hana, MS Office Suite, and financial planning tools like AnaPlan.
  • Project management experience and a strong ability to drive improvements.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
