As a Staff Software Engineer, you will act as a technical leader, inspiring and guiding teams without direct managerial responsibility. You will lead by example, delivering high-quality and scalable software solutions while managing and aligning with stakeholders across the organization to ensure clarity and shared goals. In this role, you will tackle complex technical challenges and take ownership of the customer onboarding funnel within the KYC domain, driving impactful solutions that transform processes and enhance performance.

Strong stakeholder management skills are essential, as is a problem-solving mindset and the ability to drive innovation and implement transformative solutions.

Residency in the Netherlands is a requirement for this role.
