✨ What You’ll Be Rocking

• Develop, implement, and maintain business continuity strategies and frameworks to ensure operational resilience, and conduct regular reviews and updates to continuity plans in line with organizational objectives and industry best practices according to ISO 22301 Business Continuity Management System,
• Identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks impacting business operations and strategic goals,
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop risk mitigation strategies and monitor the effectiveness of implemented measures,
• Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of the QMS in accordance with ISO 9001 and other relevant standards,
• Conduct audits, identify non-conformities, and lead corrective and preventive actions to enhance organizational performance, Manage and follow the internal quality audits and supplier audits & submit the results to the management (According to ISO and TQM & Mastercard Standards)
• Ensure the organization's information security management system aligns with ISO 27001 and other relevant frameworks,
• Initiate initiatives to mitigate cybersecurity risks and improve information security practices,
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards across all management systems,
• Monitor and report on system performance and adherence to established policies,
• Develop and deliver training programs to enhance staff awareness of quality, risk, and security principles,
• Act as a mentor and advisor for team members and other stakeholders.
• Manage end to end new process map in alignment with internal control principles and process design according to BPM
• Manage and conduct strategic projects and objectives, and reporting of corporate scorecards
• Manage and conduct all quality management systems (QDMS & Ensemble) requirements

🎯 The Perfect Fit

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in management systems, with a focus on business continuity, risk assessment, QMS, information security.
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 22301).
• Proven track record in conducting audits and implementing corrective actions.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Professional certifications (e.g., Lead Auditor, ISO Implementation Expert) are a plus.
• Familiar with the QDMS and Ensemble programs.
