If you have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a developer and have taken on leadership roles as a team or tech lead, we want you to join our dynamic team and contribute to cutting-edge projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Golang.
- Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance and best practices.
- Architect and implement efficient and reliable backend systems.
- Build and maintain GraphQL APIs alongside traditional RESTful services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy features.
- Ensure code quality through reviews, testing, and writing clean, maintainable code.
- Drive continuous improvements in performance, scalability, and security.
- Participate in the technical design and decision-making process.
- Contribute to the adoption of new tools, frameworks, and technologies.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Golang Developer.
- Proven experience as a team lead or tech lead with the ability to mentor and guide junior developers.
- Strong proficiency in Golang, and experience with its frameworks and libraries.
- Solid experience with GraphQL and building APIs.
- Deep understanding of microservices architecture, APIs, and RESTful services.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Solid experience with database technologies such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or NoSQL.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (Git).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
