About the Role:

What We’re Looking For:

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• Working for this position should possess at least 3 years of work experience as a DevOps Engineer.
• The experience of working closely with our stack: AWS (EC2, RDS, SQS, KMS, S3, NLB/ELB, MSK), Postgres (RDS, Aurora), GitOps/Flux/Argo CD, EFK,Victoriametrics, Grafana, Gitlab, Terraform, Ansible.
• Know what SLI / SLO / SLA is for and how to define them.
• Ability to prioritize tasks for the team.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Understanding the TCP / IP stack and routing.
• Build a HA systems.
• Root-cause analysis.

What You’ll Do:

• Building and setting up of scalable, high available, fault tolerant infrastructure.
• Support and development of the company's server infrastructure.
• Improving the productivity and efficiency of other engineers.
• Working on ways to automate and improve development and release processes.
• Ensuring that systems are safe and secure against cybersecurity threats.
• Investigation of system bottlenecks, stress tests for infrastructure.
• Passing PCI DSS certification.
• Optimisation of infrastructure costs, capacity, reservation, financial planning according to budget.
• Infrastructure Monitoring and Response.
• Identifying technical problems and developing software updates and ‘fixes’.
• Working with software developers and software engineers to ensure that development follows established processes and works as intended.
• Planning out projects and being involved in project management decisions.
• Leading and mentoring the DevOps Team, performing recruitment, onboarding, scheduled staff reviews and 1-1, sick leave/vacations approval, communicating and adhering to new procedures, workflows, policies and goals.
