We specialize in developing and commercializing advanced post-quantum cryptographic solutions, with a mission to secure enterprise digital environments through cutting-edge protocols and applications that tackle the challenges of the post-quantum era.

The role:

We’re seeking an experienced Technical Product Owner to lead the development of innovative products in Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC), including data security, secure communication, and identity management solutions. The ideal candidate will bridge technical and business objectives to deliver cutting-edge security products that address the evolving needs of businesses and government customers.

Responsibilities:

• Product Development Leadership: Serve as the primary link between technical development and business goals, providing guidance and aligning objectives through well-defined features and user stories.
• Stakeholder Communication: Ensure transparency and clarity with all stakeholders, translating technical requirements and aligning them with business needs throughout the product lifecycle.
• User Story Creation: Translate customer requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria, ensuring clear expectations for the development team.
• Backlog Management: Build and manage the product backlog, breaking down high-level epics into actionable stories in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Agile Process Execution: Lead Agile processes, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and daily stand-ups, fostering continuous improvement within the team.
• Release Planning & Support: Oversee release planning and collaborate with R&D teams on project estimates and timelines, monitoring progress to meet deadlines.
• Documentation & Technical Design: Document functional designs and technical specifications, ensuring clear communication of complex features.
• Collaboration & Support: Spend 50% of your time with development teams to provide direction, remove roadblocks, and keep product development aligned with business goals.

Requirements:

• Experience: Extensive experience as a Product Owner, ideally in cybersecurity, encryption, or identity management, with expertise in Lean Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with PQC, cryptographic protocols, and identity management systems. Background in encryption technologies is an asset.
• Industry Certifications: CSPO, CSM, AWS, PMP, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
• Communication Skills: Strong ability to lead technical discussions and present complex concepts in a clear, concise manner.
• Leadership: Proven experience managing complex projects, resolving conflicts, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Preferred Experience:

• Knowledge of PKI, encryption key lifecycle management, and secure communication protocols.
• Familiarity with DevOps and experience managing code through version control systems.
• Experience with compliance-focused product development (e.g., GDPR, data sovereignty).
