Senior Product Designer (UX)

Client Location: Wroclaw

Mode: Hybrid 2 days at client site.

B2B Contract

6 months initial contract

• Proven experience in UX design, particularly in re-platforming projects within the financial services industry preferred.
• Documented banking or fintech experience.
• Demonstrated ability to raise design maturity within a team or organization through strategic initiatives.
• Ability to advocate for user-centered design principles and handle pushback constructively.
• Proficiency in UX research methods, including user interviews, surveys, usability testing, and data analysis.
• Experience creating user journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch and/or Axure.
• Experience working with complex data structures
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to approach complex UX challenges methodically.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Previous experience planning and facilitating ideation workshops in agile environments.
• Understanding of the technical constraints of legacy systems and strategies for transitioning users to new platforms.
• Understanding of UI technologies e.g. React/HTML/CSS3 is a plus
