Division: Human Resources (People&Communication)
The People & Communications (P&C) division at Euroclear is dedicated to managing human resources and communication strategies. This division focuses on employee services, including rewards, recruitment, learning and development, mobility, and payroll. It also handles internal and external communications, and promotes diversity, inclusion, and sustainability initiatives. The P&C division aims to support Euroclear’s business transformation by fostering a positive work environment and making strategic people-related decisions.

At Euroclear, we understand that people are the heart of our organization. To continue delivering top-quality services to our international clients, we are seeking a Senior HR Administration Specialist.
Responsibilities:
- Follow-up with employees, managers, or external agencies (e.g., government departments, insurance providers) to verify that the information provided is accurate and complete.
- Respond to enquiries from employees, managers and external agencies (such as government departments or insurers) about individual and organization wide human resource information, without compromising the organization’s standards of privacy and confidentiality.
- Proactively ensure timely resolution of issues and queries raised by employees and line manager
- Complete, check, and process HR-related forms and documents in accordance with established guidelines so that HR-related matters are administered quickly and accurately. Forms may include applications for vacation or leave of absence; workers’ compensation or insurance claims; or social security or other government forms.
- Maintain employee records manually or in a human resources information system (HRIS) so that information is accurate and secure.
- Ensure effective cooperation with external stakeholders: payroll & benefits providers
- Take ownership of the timeliness and accuracy of payroll process, including validation of the payroll data
- Resolve complex HR related issues
- Ensure effective benefits management
- Prepare HR reporting
- Contribute and drive HR projects and improvement initiatives
- Ensure leveraging of the HR systems and contribute to its implementations
- Previous experience in personnel administration.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Good understanding of the Polish Labour Code.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Team-oriented, well-organized with open mindset.
- Eager to learn.
- Open to work in a global business context and working closely together with teams in the other Euroclear countries. Act locally, think globally.
- Continuous Improvement mindset.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Excellent proficiency in English.
