PRINCIPAL PETROLEUM ENGINEER (WI)

Provide expert advice to Well integrity to resolve well integrity problems for both Active and P&A wells in the Offshore fields.Conduct relevant studies related to well integrity and support the design review for the new wells. Recommend barrier isolationrequirement for wells planned for abandonment. Search and evaluate innovative technology to improve Well Integrity diagnosticand repair techniques.

 

BSc. Petroleum Engineering, preferably MSc. Petroleum Engineering.

 

Minimum 20+ years work experience as a Petroleum Engineer in oil and gas upstream industry. Petroleum Engineering expertise including drilling, well completion, workover and well integrity studies and review of large and mature oil and gas fields. Knowledge of HAZOP techniques to identify and mitigate well integrity risks and experience facilitating risk assessment workshops. Hands on experience of Well Integrity Management Software (WIMS). Must be familiar with ISO, API and NORSOK International Standards related to Well Integrity Management. Experience with interpretation of cased hole diagnostic logs.
