Key Responsibilities:

• Guide bench candidates in understanding and mastering networking concepts and industry best practices.
• Conduct mock interviews, assess candidate readiness, and provide constructive feedback to improve performance.
• Assist bench candidates in project onboarding and support them throughout the lifecycle of client projects.
• Troubleshoot and resolve advanced networking issues during client engagements.
• Share knowledge of the latest tools, technologies, and methodologies in the networking domain.
• Provide guidance on practical, real-world application of networking principles in development and deployment.
• Collaborate with candidates to enhance their resumes with project experiences and skills.
• Mentor candidates on effective communication strategies during interviews and in professional settings.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Network Engineer or in a related role.
• Proven development background, with experience in scripting or automation tools.
