Our Client


Our client is in the healthcare sector and is located north of the river. They are seeking a talented and driven HR Manager to join the team on a permanent basis.


Your new role


In this role, it will be your responsibility to manage human resources functions and provide expert advice to ensure the delivery of a range of human resource services and initiatives. This role will require someone to undertake the operational aspects as well as being on the ground, building strong relationships with branch managers.



Your responsibilities will include:

  • Provide organisational strategic leadership and promote a clear vision.
  • Develop and implement an annual Human Resources Plan.
  • Implement and roll out a new HRIS system, ensuring smooth integration
  • Oversee recruitment and workplace health and safety procedures and protocols
  • Oversee and manage industrial relations and employee relations dealing with complex cases.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, building strong relationships.
  • Develop and monitor HR policies and programs, ensuring policies are updated and relevant.
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
  • Adhere to vision, Code of Conduct, and Work Health and Safety Management System.
  • Ensure culture aligns with its values and benchmark key business success indicators.
  • Responsible for the budget to achieve objectives as set out in the organisation strategic plan.



What you need to succeed

  • Demonstrated generalist human resource management experience at a senior level
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is desirable
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and developing and coaching people.
  • Experience in a health service and/or professional corporate environment.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated conflict, negotiating and influencing skills.
  • Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of contemporary management principles and practices.
  • A reliable motor vehicle and motor vehicle licence is a requirement of this position.



What they Offer:


This role is paying a salary of $170k + super.
