About The Job:

We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong hands-on experience in process mapping to join our team. In this role, you’ll work closely with clients to understand their business processes, identify inefficiencies, and design solutions that align with their strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
• Analyse current processes and workflows, identifying areas for improvement.
• Create comprehensive process maps to capture current and future-state workflows, along with detailed documentation to visualise and streamline operations.
• Identify areas for process improvement and provide actionable recommendations.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications for technical teams.
• Provide subject matter expertise in process mapping methodologies and tools.
• Deliver clear and comprehensive documentation to support project goals.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to support process optimisation.
  
  

Requirements:

• 5+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong focus on process mapping.
• Expertise in using process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, ARIS, or similar).
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work closely with clients and adapt to diverse business environments.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Insurance industry experience is highly desirable but not mandatory.
