Job Responsibilities

Define and own the engagement product domain, shaping the engagement strategy.
Drive product growth to improve player retention and engagement within the rewarded gaming ecosystem.
Develop and execute LiveOps strategies for the platform.
Apply behavioural science, gamification, and product design principles to foster player habit formation, healthy usage, and long-term player value.
Optimize retention and engagement metrics while boosting LTV.
Design and execute A/B tests and experiments to refine engagement strategies, leveraging data to improve product features.
Continuously monitor performance and identify areas for product and process improvement.
Collaborate with marketing, analytics, and development teams to align events with campaigns, enhancing player experiences.
Stay informed about industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.

What We’re Looking For

4+ years of experience driving product retention and engagement, ideally in mobile games, loyalty platforms, or B2C apps.
Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset for designing effective engagement strategies.
Solid project management abilities and proficiency in English for cross-team collaboration.
