Who you will work with:
You will report to Director Strategy and M&A and work closely with other business units and the senior management team.
What you will work on:
- Lead and play a central role in key strategic projects across the global organization, including strategy development and implementation, change management, business development, and post-merger integrations
- Be a key contributor in the development and realization of the company’s growth ambition and strategic improvement agenda solving complex business problems
- Participate in due diligences and other M&A processes
- Perform and lead strategic, financial and commercial analysis
- Develop business cases and be part of global initiatives with global exposure
- Organize, attend and facilitate stakeholder meetings across the business
- Contribute to the continuous development of WSS's internal Project Management capabilities
- Master’s degree or equivalent
- More than 2 years of relevant work experience within Project Management (Management consulting, the Maritime industry or other relevant industries)
- Experience with global cross-functional teams is an advantage
- Strong analytical mindset and business acumen
- Ability to engage with all parts of the business, and navigating across a diverse and international organization
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, and ability to communicate with, influence and motivate other people
- Fluent in English (oral and written)
- Ambition, desire, and passion to succeed in developing and growing the business
- Excellent communication and presentational skills with the ability to communicate effectively within a multinational environment
- Ability to work independently, systematically and meet deadlines through good time management and allocation of priorities
- You are outgoing, ambitious, and full of initiative
- Proven team player and receptive to new ideas
- Willingness to travel due to the global nature of our business
