What You’ll Do

• Build & Launch: Contribute to an enterprise-grade solution and drive new features from concept to release.
• Financial Modules: Develop robust accounting and payroll capabilities with an eye on security and compliance.
• Performance Optimization: Ensure our platform is efficient, reliable, and scalable.
• Leadership & Collaboration: Mentor peers, share best practices, and help shape our core TMS functionality.

Our Tech Stack

• Backend: Python (AWS Chalice for REST APIs)
• Databases: MySQL, Elasticsearch, DynamoDB
• Infrastructure: AWS Lambda, SQS
• Tools: SQLAlchemy, Pydantic

If you’re strong in backend fundamentals (even if Python isn’t your main language), we’d still love to chat!

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of backend development experience
• Solid SQL and REST API skills
• Proven architectural and system design capabilities
• A problem-solving mindset with ownership over projects
• Bonus: Experience with Python or AWS

Interview Process

1. Intro Chat (30–60 min): Casual conversation with a founder or senior leader
2. Technical Deep-Dive (1.5–2 hrs): Work through real-world problems with the backend team
3. Final Meeting (1 hr): Meet key team members to confirm a great mutual fit
